Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) via Stripe and PayPal. If you are wishing to pay by direct bank transfer please enquire for bank details.
All monies received by Wee Scottish Tours, including tour only payments, are deposited in a protected TSB client’s business bank account in accordance with The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. In case of Wee Scottish Tours insolvency all monies deposited for bookings not yet completed will be refunded in full.
Payment Terms
20% non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation.
We will send a confirmation of the booking and a receipt by email. Please acknowledge your receipt of this.
If no cancellation or other instruction is received by 28 days prior to the commencement of your booking, Wee Scottish Tours will send another invoice via with the booking details to settle the 80% remainder balance. Again, using the same procedure as before, a receipt will be issued to you showing payment in full.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, effective upon receipt of written notification, are subject to the following penalties of the full trip price:
– 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation
– 27 to 7 days prior to arrival : 75% penalty.
– 7 days or less prior to arrival : 100% penalty.
Insurance
Wee Scottish Tours is not responsible for your personal property and strongly recommends that you arrange suitable insurance that will also cover travel, medical and cancellation insurance.
Liability
Wee Scottish Tours does not accept liability for your luggage on tour while in transit nor at the accommodation nor in-between.
Wee Scottish Tours cannot accept liability for losses or additional expenses incurred due to delays or change in transportation ( air, rail, sea or other services) technical problems to transport, sickness, weather, strike or other causes outside our control.
If Wee Scottish Tours require to cancel your booking for any unforeseen circumstances any monies already received will be refunded in full.
Wee Scottish Tours does not have an overseas booking office.
Child Seats
Child seats can be provided at an extra cost if confirmed at time of booking.
